How support works

  1. 1. Ask Zyiion anytime. Our automated assistant can answer approved questions about services, pricing, onboarding, and the Zyiion Career Studio process.
  2. 2. Chat with our team during posted hours. Human live chat is available during limited half-day support windows. Look for the Online indicator to begin a conversation.
  3. 3. Send us a support request. If human chat is closed or busy, Ask Zyiion can create a numbered email request. Our team normally responds within 1–2 business days.
