Information you provide
Account details, career information you type, documents you upload, and — only if you choose to give it — a mobile number for text messages.
Private by default
Uploaded documents, home addresses, license numbers, identification documents and background reports are private.
Your approval controls publication
No fact appears on a public professional page unless you approve it for public display.
Storage
Data is stored in the studio's secured database with access rules limiting each account to its own records.
Contact messages
Messages sent through the contact form are used to respond to your inquiry.
Mobile numbers are never sold
Mobile numbers, SMS consent, and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
You may correct, hide or remove information in your account at any time, and you may reply STOP to end text messages.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Zyiion Career Studio is a DBA of ROSSNEXUS Technologies LLC. Text messages are sent under the program name Zyiion Career Studio Messaging from (725) 444-7032.
- No sale or sharing. Mobile numbers, SMS consent, and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share this information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
- How it is collected. A mobile number and SMS consent are collected only when you type them into an optional field and check one or both of the separate, unchecked opt-in boxes on our Contact page. There are two independent programs — operational and promotional — with a separate checkbox each. Consent is never pre-checked, is never required to contact us or to buy anything, and consenting to one program never opts you into the other.
- What we record. When you opt in we store the mobile number, the date and time, the page and form you used, the exact version and wording of the disclosure you were shown, the consent category (operational or promotional), and your opt-in or opt-out status. Each category is stored as its own record. These records are internal compliance evidence and are never published or exposed publicly.
- How it is used. Operational consent is used only for account and security notifications, purchase and billing updates, service reminders, customer-care replies, career-service updates. Promotional consent is used only for special offers, career-service promotions, giveaway announcements.
- How it is protected. Consent records are stored in the studio's secured database, restricted to privileged server-side access, and are not readable by browsers or by other customers.
- How long it is kept. Consent and opt-out records are retained for as long as you remain opted in and for at least four years after opt-out, as messaging-compliance rules require. The mobile number itself is deleted on request unless a retained consent record is required.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Stopping messages. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. STOP ends both the operational and the promotional program. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or use the Contact page for support.
