Our two messaging programs
Zyiion Career Studio, a DBA of ROSSNEXUS Technologies LLC, operates two separate, independent text-messaging programs. Each has its own optional consent checkbox. Opting into one does not opt you into the other, and you may opt into neither.
Zyiion Career Studio Operational Messaging
Operated by ROSSNEXUS Technologies LLC. If you opt in, Zyiion Career Studio may send recurring SMS and MMS messages, including:
- Account and security notifications
- Purchase and billing updates
- Service reminders
- Customer-care replies
- Career-service updates

Zyiion Career Studio Promotional Messaging
Operated by ROSSNEXUS Technologies LLC. If you opt in, Zyiion Career Studio may send recurring SMS and MMS messages, including:

How to opt in
Opt-in happens only when you enter your mobile number and check one or both of the separate SMS consent boxes on our Contact page. Both boxes are unchecked by default and are separate from acceptance of these Terms. Consent is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP — cancelling messages
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. STOP ends both the operational and the promotional program. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may rejoin at any time by opting in again on the Contact page.

Support is provided through our Contact page at https://zyiioncareer.com/contact. Every request receives a numbered confirmation and a reply by email within 1–2 business days. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile numbers and consent records are handled. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
