Personalized Digital Services, Cancellations, and Refund Policy
This policy explains what happens when you cancel, and when a personalized digital deliverable becomes final.
Checkout is not active. No prices are live, no subscription exists, and no payment method can be charged while this document is a draft. Policy version draft-2026-08-16.1.

Personalized digital work may begin after payment. Once customized work is generated or work begins and a draft is made available, the purchase is generally non-refundable for a change of mind, subject to applicable law and the exceptions in our Refund Policy.
A separate, unchecked acknowledgment box appears beside this disclosure. It is never pre-ticked and never bundled invisibly into the general Terms.
1. Before personalized work begins
- — Before generation or custom work begins, cancellation eligibility follows the terms displayed for that product at the time of purchase.
- — Every product page and checkout screen displays its included revision period before you pay.
2. Once personalized work begins
- — Once Zyiion begins personalized generation or manual work and makes a customized résumé, cover letter, LinkedIn kit, website draft, CareerPass, or other digital deliverable available to you, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable for a change of mind.
- — This is because the deliverable is created specifically for you from your own approved facts and cannot be resold or restocked.
3. Your legal rights are not removed
- — Nothing in this policy removes refunds, cancellation rights, or remedies that are required by law in your jurisdiction.
- — Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy, the law applies.
4. Exceptions where a refund is available
- — Duplicate charges for the same order.
- — Unauthorized charges you did not approve.
- — Non-delivery of a purchased deliverable.
- — A material technical or service failure that Zyiion cannot correct within a reasonable time.
5. Domains
- — Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are subject to registrar and registry rules and may be non-refundable once registered.
- — Domain cost and renewal cost are always shown to you as separate line items before purchase, and no domain is ever registered without your explicit approval.
6. Hosting and subscriptions
- — Canceling hosting prevents future renewal. It does not automatically create a prorated refund for a service period that has already begun, except where required by law.
- — You may cancel at any time from your account, and your site remains available through the end of the paid period.
7. Corrections
- — Zyiion will correct confirmed factual or technical errors that were caused by the service, at no additional charge.
- — Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving their own facts before export or publication. Zyiion never invents an employer, credential, date, title, degree, license, or number.
8. No outcome guarantee
- — Résumé, LinkedIn, website, SEO, and CareerPass services do not guarantee employment, interviews, promotion, employer acceptance, website traffic, or search ranking.
- — These services help you present your true record clearly. Hiring decisions belong to employers.
9. What we record for each purchase
- — Policy version, product and selected options, final amount and currency.
- — Your acknowledgment and its timestamp, and the order number.
- — The generation / work-start event, the draft-delivery event, and the download or publication event.
- — Any cancellation request and refund activity.
