Privacy and verification
Two rules the studio will not break.
Nothing is invented
Employers, titles, dates, degrees, licenses and numbers come only from facts you have entered and approved. Contradictions are flagged for you to resolve, never guessed.
Nothing is public without approval
Home addresses and uploaded documents are private by default. Each fact carries its own visibility setting, and your website stays in private preview until you publish it.
Private by default
Nothing in a career profile becomes public until the owner approves it, field by field.
Account protection
Email confirmation, password sign-in and optional two-factor verification protect every workspace.
Separated access
Each customer can only reach their own records. Staff access is limited, role-based and logged.
Encrypted transport
All traffic between your device and Zyiion Career Studio is encrypted in transit.
Verified facts only
Documents are generated from approved facts, and exports are blocked while conflicts remain unresolved.

Send suspected security issues through the contact form and they will be reviewed promptly.
Ongoing review
Automated security scans and founder review run before any release. Automated scanning covers common issues and is not an advanced penetration test or a comprehensive security certification.
